Job Description

1. Analyze financial data including revenue, costs, and profitability to identify trends
2. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and insights for management
3. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
4. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance and cost efficiency
5. Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities
6. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to improve processes
7. Assist in system enhancements and automation for reporting
8. Support audits, compliance, and ad-hoc financial projects

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis / FP&A / business intelligence
• Strong skills in financial modeling and data analysis
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)
• Experience in audit is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work with stakeholders across departments
