Programme Summary

The 2-month Retail Management Trainee Programme is a fast-track programme designed to develop fresh graduates and entry-level professionals into future leaders in retail operations. The programme combines classroom training, practical sessions and hands-on outlet experience to build skills in customer service, store operations, inventory management, leadership and team management.Trainees will receive RM1,700 basic salary + RM200 monthly allowance throughout the programme.


Job Responsibilities

1. Participate actively in all three rotational stages
2. Execute operational tasks and leadership duties based on training phase
3. Analyse sales and inventory data for performance improvements
4. Support promotional activities and maintain visual merchandising standards
5. Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence
6. Prepare reports and share insights during progress reviews

Program Requirement

• Malaysian citizen or legally permitted to work in Malaysia.
• Minimum SPM, STPM, certificate or diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior management experience is not required.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport, as the position requires travelling between outlets, distribution centres and departments. (Compulsory)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, depending on operational requirements.
• Willing to undergo job rotation and be transferred between outlets or other operational locations.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Possess basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
• Physically able to carry out operational duties when required.
• Must demonstrate good discipline, honesty and integrity.
