Hostel Supervisor  

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hostel, including cleanliness, staff movement, safety, and overall hostel welfare. The role ensures the hostel is well-maintained, orderly, and provides a safe and comfortable living environment for employees.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitor the overall daily operations and condition of the hostel
  2. Monitor the cleanliness of the hostel and surrounding areas
  3. Monitor and record the movement of employees entering and leaving the hostel
  4. Prepare reports on hostel operations and any issues requiring attention
  5. Monitor the overall welfare, safety, and well-being of employees staying at the hostel
  6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
  • Willing to work overtime and travel outstation when required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

  Min. Education:  Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent

  Spoken Language:  Malay, English
