Store Compliance Executive - Kpi (Klang Valley)  

Job Summary
This role supports execution of store compliance audits to ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational standards, and regulatory requirements. The position identifies compliance gaps, analyzes root causes, and support implementation of corrective actions to improve store operational standards. This role support audit coverage across assigned store locations and contributes to overall compliance performance improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Audit Execution: Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc store audits to verify compliance with SOPs and policies.
  2. Compliance Monitoring: Review operational practices including product handling, storage, cleanliness, and documentation accuracy.
  3. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare structured audit reports and maintain accurate audit records.
  4. Issues Identification: Identify non-compliance risks and escalate findings promptly.
  5. Analysis & Improvement: Analyze audit data to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  6. Collaboration: Work with store teams and field managers to resolve compliance gaps.
  7. System & Process Support: Assist in improving audit tools, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
  8. KPI Monitoring: Track compliance KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
  9. Administrative: Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma with minimum 1-2 years audit / retail experience.
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and observation skills to detect operational irregularities.
  • Ability to identify risk indicators and compliance gaps.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct on-site store visits across assigned regions.
  • May conduct audits and document findings.
  • Does not approve disciplinary action.
  • Must escalate serious compliance issues to management.
