Job Summary:

To do testing, training, support, troubleshoot and enhance KK backend application system.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To develop customized modules and enhancement for software applications.
2. To support software applications, databases and its servers
3. To be involved in full development life-cycle from user requirements, software design, software development, UAT and deployment.
4. To liaise with users in handling technical issues and provide appropriate actions on a timely manner.
5. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
6. Understand the business requirements and translate into solutions.
7. Analyze, design, develop and implement new software solutions.
8. Provide prompt end-user support on business applications.
9. Prepare user manuals
10. Provide in house training to end users
11. To develop customized modules and enhancement for reports/software applications.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least in Diploma or Degree in IT-related studies.
• At least 3-5 years working experience in software and application development.
• Familiar with the following programming languages and database:
• VB.NET, C#, PL/SQL, Delphi 6.0, PHP, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5o MS SQL Server, Oracle
• Knowledge in retail industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a team or individually with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in mentoring junior software developers will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and self-motivated
• Be flexible, show initiate and respond quickly when situations change
