Project Executive  

Job Summary
The Project Executive is responsible for coordinating and monitoring signage and branding projects to ensure smooth execution within the required timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role involves working closely with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and local authorities to support project completion and operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare the necessary documentation for management/owner approval for signage installation and business licensing submissions
  2. Liaise with signage suppliers to confirm final designs, specifications, production, and installation.
  3. Design roadside bunting layouts, prepare plot mapping, and coordinate with bunting agencies/runners for installation.
  4. Ensure all required permits and licences are obtained and that roadside buntings are installed and dismantled according to the approved schedule.
  5. Prepare expense reports and conduct regular site recce to ensure buntings are installed at approved locations and comply with the approved plot mapping.
  6. Coordinate with the Operations Department on signage maintenance and follow up on design, sticker, banner, and signage requests for new and existing outlets.
  7. Monitor the progress of signage-related projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with the company's Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines and local authority requirements.
  8. Coordinate with management, government authorities, suppliers, contractors, and relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of signage and licensing requirements.
  9. Conduct site visits and follow up on installation quality, materials, timelines, and overall project execution.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in signage, branding, project coordination, licensing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of signage production, installation, and basic branding requirements.
  • Familiarity with local authority permits, licences, and signage approval processes is an advantage.
  • Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with suppliers, contractors, government authorities, and internal departments.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, CI guidelines, and requirements.
  • Willing to travel to outlets and project sites when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
